I have always been fascinated by how people walk – young, old and those in between. Since we run (excuse me!), have developed and encourage schools and youth groups to get kids moving via the Mileage Club I am doubly interested in watching people walk. My wife told me to check on an article that recently appeared online entitled “15 Thing Your Walk Reveals About Your Health”.
